## Tasks

Our SaaS solution is aiming to replace pen & paper, fax machines, and unnecessary phone calls & emails from the daily work of logistics experts. For that, we have built a solution based on React, NodeJS, NestJS, RabbitMQ, and various database models.

Our software is 24/7 in use all over the globe. As our Operations Support Engineer your task would be to support our customers in their daily operation, monitor the use of the software and support us with onboarding new clients.

Besides these operational tasks your responsibilities would also include the concept and implementation of tools needed for that (e.g. dashboards, account management tools. etc.). For that you will work together with our experienced tech team that will support and guide you along the way.

If you have an engineering background, have fun working directly with customers, and want to improve your software development skills, this role is the perfect entry point for you.

*   You need basic experience with the given technologies. That doesn't mean the you need to be a professional software developer but you should know your way around web technologies.
*   You should have fun working directly with end users of the system
*   You should favor an open communication culture and you should be committed to contributing with your ideas and experiences to the product.
*   You should be a team player. We all are and we strongly believe that is the only way to win this game.
*   You should be fluent in English (German is a plus but not requried)
*   It would be amazing if you worked in logistics before. Not a strict requirement but definitely a plus
