Tasks
We are currently seeking motivated general labourers and experienced landscape construction professionals to join our hands-on, hardworking crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a tight-knit team, and transforming properties into beautiful landscapes, we’d love to hear from you.
General Labourers:
- Assist with moving materials, digging, planting, and site preparation
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Support skilled crew members as needed
- Able to drive trucks and trailers is an asset but not required.
- Owning your own vehicle is an asset but not required.
Skilled Labourers:
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
- Grade, sod, and perform general site layout
- Operate skid steers, excavators, compactors, and other construction machinery
- Interpret landscape drawings and plans accurately
- Lead small teams or work independently as required
- Able to drive trucks and trailers is an asset but not required.
- Owning your own vehicle is an asset but not required.
Requirements
General Labourers:
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
- Previous landscape or construction experience an asset but not required
Skilled Labourers:
- 2+ years of experience in landscaping or construction preferred
- Proficiency with landscape tools, machinery, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and implement landscape plans
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or higher) preferred
