Aufgaben
- Develop and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for both B2B and B2C segments.
- Build a love brand and create a go-to app that ensures users feel safe — at home and on the move (including family/kids).
- Own the full P&L, taking responsibility for performance, growth, and financial sustainability.
- Integrate and streamline operations workflows, from on-site installations to seamless connection with the 24/7 alarm center.
- Drive product and tech innovation, especially through AI-powered automated monitoring and smart incident handling and an APP
Qualifikation
- You’re a driven individual with 2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.
- You thrive when given autonomy — defining your own projects and goals, and executing them with minimal oversight. You have strong communication skills, know how to build lasting relationships, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- You’ve demonstrated excellence, whether through academics or personal/professional projects, and you’re passionate about tech and transforming traditional industries through modern technology.
- You are fluent in German
