BRIGHTWAY Technologies ( BRIGHTWAY-PK) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in Medical, Surgical Equipments & Disposables Items.

The ideal candidate holds a minimum of a graduation degree and possesses 1 year of relevant experience in the medical industry. This role demands a professional with strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor combined with a pleasant personality to effectively engage with customers.

The Sales Executive will focus on driving sales growth by applying strategic sales techniques, thorough market analysis, and utilizing customer relationship management tools including Salesforce to build and maintain strong client relationships.

This position does not require managing a team but emphasizes individual contribution to achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base within the medical and surgical market.

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, procurement and store & accounts departments.
  • Conduct regular hospital &Lab and follow up with end users.
  • Participation in tenders, quotations, and product demonstration.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
  • Submit daily and monthly sales report to management.
  • Promote and sell medical equipment's instruments and material disposable products to govt. / private hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities within the medical and surgical disposables sector.
  • Leverage sales force and other CRM tools to manage customer information, track sales activities, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Build and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to secure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Negotiate sales terms, prices, and contracts confidently to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Present product offerings clearly and persuasively through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adjust sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts accurately to assist management in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Continuously improve communication and interpersonal skills to enhance customer interactions and sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in healthcare equipment sales or related field
  • Strong understanding of medical instruments and their applications in healthcare settings
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with healthcare professionals
  • Fsc or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
