We’re looking for someone special — someone who thrives in the sweet spot between Operations Manager and Executive Assistant. You’ll play a key role in keeping our startup running like a well-oiled machine, supporting both our internal team and external stakeholders with structure, heart, and hustle.

## Tasks

**What You’ll Take Care Of:**

*   All things **Backoffice**: from travel bookings to organizing receipts to keeping our accounting prep squeaky clean
*   **Cost controlling** for external trainers and learning projects
*   Preparing our **yearly company report**
*   Assisting with **investor reporting** — timely, clear, and accurate
*   Being the friendly go-to for our **learners** when they need support
*   Helping our **training delivery team** stay on top of their game

*   You’re startup-savvy: comfortable with some chaos, and know when to bring order
*   You don’t need a big team or a fancy title — you’re **excellent where you are**, and proud of it
*   You’re **hands-on**, humble, and always willing to lend a hand
*   Growth mindset? Absolutely. Ego? Nope.
*   Fluent in English and German, tech-savvy, and not afraid of a spreadsheet
