Following a €45M Series B round led by Dawn Capital, we are scaling our global presence and are seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth across hosting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure sectors.
This isn’t a high-volume outbound sales role. We’re looking for someone who excels in consultative, technically complex sales - someone who can engage with technical decision-makers, understand their infrastructure challenges, and position Blackwall as the right solution. You’ll build strong commercial relationships, represent us with industry partners, and play a direct role in driving revenue and long-term growth.
Tasks
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, especially for technically sophisticated clients.
- Understand and translate client infrastructure challenges into tailored solution proposals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Blackwall’s goals for market expansion and revenue growth.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across hosting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure sectors.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with technical stakeholders, including engineering and IT leaders.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Represent Blackwall at key industry events and conferences across the region.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot).
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales, business development, or product experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, hosting, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability to sell technical products to both commercial and technical decision-makers.
- Experience engaging with clients and understanding their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal; another language is a plus.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.
Bonus points if you bring:
- Previous experience in sales engineering, solution consulting, or technical presales roles.
- Familiarity with technologies such as CDNs, WAFs, APIs, or cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
