## Tasks

*   **HR Support and Coordination:  
    **Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.  
    Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departures.  
    Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HR systems.  
    Collaborate with HR team to prepare and update HR documentation.
*   **Tool Proficiency:  
    **Utilize Personio for HR-related tasks such as managing employee data, leave requests, and attendance.  
    Employ Jira and Confluence for project collaboration, tracking HR initiatives, and documentation.
*   **Language Proficiency:  
    **Effectively communicate with external partners and clients in German. 
*   **Employee Relations:  
    **Assist in employee relations matters, helping to address queries and concerns.  
    Collaborate with senior HR members on conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives
*   **Compliance and Policies:  
    **Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.  
    Ensure adherence to legal requirements and internal policies.
*   **Training and Development:  
    **Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other developmental activities.  
    Help employees access learning resources for skill enhancement.
*   **Administrative Tasks:  
    **Handle HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts and documents.  
    Assist in benefits administration and leave management.

## Requirements

*   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
*   Proven experience or internships in HR functions is a plus.
*   Proficiency in using HR tools like Personio for managing employee data and processes.
*   Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
*   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (mininum C1 Level), enabling effective external interactions.
*   Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
*   Ability to work independently.
*   Understanding of German labor laws and HR best practices is advantageous.
