Do you want to work a lot for a little? Do you want to actively make a difference in the world? For BOAS, the Reverse Auction used fashion platform that donates all profits to organizations that save kids' lives, we're looking for a founder associate. You will be working very closely with CEO Vin on our mission to save a million lives.

Most businesses maximize their profits, and so do we. The difference is what we do with that profit. Normally, these profits go to shareholders. But we're doing something very different.

**We're giving it away. All of it.**

To save more lives in the future, we are looking for a **6-month+** internship asap. Full-time or at least 32 hours. Region Amsterdam is preferred, but the role is open to remote too (not more or less than 2 hours around Amsterdam time).

## Tasks

You will be working day to day with CEO Vincent van der Holst. You work together at whatever is most important at that moment to move the business forward. This can be anything and will constantly change but might involve:

*   Helping in and around the office with operations (ordering, shipping, listing, customer service, picking up the phone)
*   Filtering and answering email
*   Quick and dirty research
*   Creating reports and overviews
*   Analyzing data
*   Help with fundraising
*   Administration and finances
*   HR stuff
*   Ordering things

## Requirements

*   You get shit done, you're a hustler and get things done fast. You're likely confident and you're comfortable making decisions yourself. You're smart and usually know what's best. We ask you for something with low details and you make sure it gets done. 
*   You pick up the phone and answer messages fast
*   Good communication skills, goal orientation and motivation
*   Organisational talent
*   Stable internet connection
*   But most importantly: a normal office job is not enough for you and you agree the world's profits should go to solving the world's most important problems

If you speak dutch, live in Amsterdam and have a driver's license those are pre's but not required.
