German- Speaking Content Moderation

Your responsibilities as Content Moderator will be:

• Ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform
• Responsiblity for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of online communities
• Improving the content management strategy
• Responsiblity for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• A native level proficiency in german and a minimum B2 level in English
• A valid Portuguese work permit or EU citizen/ Passport (required)
• Living or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
• Motivation and commitment to perform the assigned tasks effectively
• Keeping up-to-date with social media trends and practices
• Excitement about intercultural communication
