This role is not your typical customer service position; it's a sales role that requires prior sales experience and expertise in cold calling. As a B2B Outbound Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell products and solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.

## Tasks

**Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Outbound Sales Agent  will be:**

*   Conduct daily outbound phone calls and emails to connect with decision-makers, establish quick rapport, understand their needs, and close sales.
*   Present our products and solutions, demonstrating their value to businesses, and tailoring your approach to address specific client needs.
*   Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage potential customers interested in evaluating our offerings.
*   Lead and manage outbound campaigns from concept to initial pitch, pipeline qualification, and closing deals.
*   Collaborate with the team on projects to enhance and streamline our sales process.
*   Develop and document best practices and sales workflows for interacting with prospects.
*   Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
*   Reach out to existing customers to introduce new products or encourage increased spending on current ones.
*   Handle minor technical setup issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams.

## Requirements

**Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:**

*   Proven experience in cold calling and sales.
*   Previous experience in product/service sales, both inbound and outbound.
*   Strong communication and negotiation skills.
*   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*   Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
*   Excellent problem-solving abilities.
*   Native in English, preferably from Ireland
*   Eligibility to work in Portugal.
