We are looking for a motivated and reliable Rental Exclusive to support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of holiday rental properties across the Marina Alta area.
This role is ideal for a well-organised, customer-focused professional with rental experience, good local knowledge, and a hands-on approach to delivering excellent guest experiences.
Tasks
- Support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of short-term rental properties
- Coordinate bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings, etc.)
- Handle guest communication before, during, and after their stay
- Assist with organising check-ins and check-outs
- Coordinate with cleaning, laundry, and maintenance teams
- Ensure properties are well-presented and meet quality standards
- Help resolve guest issues in a professional and timely manner
- Support maintaining good relationships with property owners
Requirements
- Previous experience in rentals is essential (short-term rentals, property management, or hospitality)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle day-to-day operational tasks efficiently
- Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Good knowledge of the Marina Alta area is an advantage
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends when required
- Driving licence and own vehicle preferred
- Languages: Spanish and English required; additional languages will be valued
