We recently also brought back the cash advance feature with the aim to help everyone who wants to deal with their short term financing needs and look forward with a greater peace of mind.

## Tasks

We are looking for a \*Software Engineer (Python)\* to join our talented team in Barcelona to help create the most incredible digital product that is disrupting the market. You will play a leading role designing and building backend features, hosted in the AWS cloud and following a microservices architecture.

**What you will be doing**

Design, develop and deploy backend services with a focus on high availability, low latency and scalability.

*   Collaborate closely with other engineers and become a valued member of an autonomous, cross- functional team.
*   Take operational responsibility for the services that are owned by your team.

## Requirements

*   4+ of relevant experience as a Backend Software Engineer or similar role
*   Experience with Django / Python
*   Strong analytical and problem solving ability. Comfortable with tackling very loosely defined problems and thrive when working on a team which has autonomy in their day to day decisions
*   Experience in operating and maintaining production grade software
*   Great team player. You enjoy working in a team, ask questions and accept the knowledge gap as you join
*   Infra experience would be a plus
