## Your mission

As an HR intern (m/f/d) you will work together with our HR Manager Maria and Hiring Managers on various topics. You will get a deep insight into the start-up business and in our agile working environment with flat hierarchies you will have the opportunity to contribute and implement your ideas.

## Your tasks

* You gain deep insights into recruiting and take care of the daily applicant correspondence via our HR management software, among other things
* You will manage our HR operations and administrative tasks such as recruiting, onboarding and personnel management
* During your internship, you have the opportunity to set your own focus areas and, for example, delve deeper into company health management or learning and development
* You will gain experience in all areas of HR management, e.g. in the preparatory payroll accounting or in the supervision of our working students, etc.
  
## Your profile

* You are currently enrolled as a student of business administration or similar with a focus on human resource management or psychology
* In addition to your entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and ability to work in a team, you also have a technical affinity
* Your working style is characterized by a structured, independent, analytical and detail-oriented approach to work
* Thanks to your positive and open nature, you do not hesitate to interact at all levels, be it through phone calls or internal communication with HR managers
* You have very good communication skills, both verbally and in writing in German and English
* Experience in recruiting and in the HR environment are a plus
