We’re proud to promote sustainable mobility by making leasing solutions for bicycles and e-bikes simple and efficient. Our goal is to provide manufacturers, retailers, and end customers with a smooth and seamless experience. To meet growing demand, we’re expanding our team – and that’s where you come in!
As a Customer Success Manager Retail (gn), you’ll help us strengthen our foundation, unlock new potential, and achieve our shared goals.

  • You are the first point of contact for our bicycle manufacturers, handling inquiries and coordinating processes
  • You review and process leasing contracts and support the contract management workflow.
  • You proactively resolve issues and ensure smooth communication between manufacturers, retailers, and internal teams
  • You maintain and optimize our CRM database to improve the efficiency of daily operations.
  • You support the sales team with complex customer inquiries in the areas of leasing and e-commerce, working closely with our Regional Account Managers (gn)

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a university degree, or hold a comparable qualification – ideally with experience in e-commerce, sales, or customer service
  • Your background in working with external partners, preferably in the bicycle or mobility industry, sets you apart
  • You bring strong communication skills, negotiation talent, and a confident, professional demeanor.
  • You are solution-oriented, tackle challenges proactively, and have a genuine interest in sustainable mobility
  • You are proficient in MS Office, ideally have experience with ERP or CRM systems, and possess basic English skills
  • German language skills at a minimum of C1 (business fluent)
