Bike Club ist ein Abo-Service für hochwertige Kinderfahrräder: Das Fahrrad wird einfach gegen ein größeres Modell eingetauscht, wenn das Kind wächst. So entsteht eine ressourcenschonende Kreislaufwirtschaft.  

Mit über 80.000 Fahrrädern sind wir das zweitgrößte Fahrradverleihnetzwerk der Welt und das größte für Kinderfahrräder. Unser Heimatmarkt ist Großbritannien, aber mittlerweile sind wir auch in Deutschland und Österreich vertreten.


**Die Position in einem Satz**: Du unterstützt unser Marketingteam in Berlin bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketinginhalten, um Bike Club Bekanntheit zu steigern und unsere Kids Bike Abo-Community weiter wachsen zu lassen.

## Tasks

*   **Content-Erstellung:** Planung, Produktion und Veröffentlichung kreativer Inhalte für unsere Website und Social-Media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) mit Fokus auf Videoproduktion- vor und hinter der Kamera.
*   **Influencer Relations:** Betreuung bestehender und Recherche neuer Kooperationspartner und Influencer.
*   **Copywriting:** Verfassen von Headlines, Social-Media-Captions, Marken- und Produktbeschreibungen sowie gelegentlich Blog- und Newsletter-Texten.
*   **Performance Marketing Reporting:** Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten und der Analyse von Kennzahlen im Bereich SEA, Social Media Ads und organischem Social Media.

## Requirements

*   Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert.
*   Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau, exzellentes Englisch
*   Interesse an Marketing und der digitalen Medienwelt.
*   Kreativität und Gespür für zielgruppenrelevante Trends.
*   Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Teamgeist.
*   Effektive Kommunikation im Team und mit externem Partner\*innen.
*   Nachhaltigkeit & Impact Themen sind dir wichtig.
