Student Assistant

Our portfolio company AtlasPeople is hiring a Student Assistant to join their office in Copenhagen.
AtlasPeople is building a platform for human-performance intelligence. They combine psychometrics, organizational context, and AI to help leaders make better people decisions with less gut feeling and more data.

They’re a small core team that quadrupled their revenue last quarter and they’re only just getting started.

They’re now looking for a part-time Student Assistant in Strategy & Service Delivery who will:

• Help structure and scale how they deliver their services to clients.
• Turn this into clear, professional slides for sales and delivery.
• Potentially support marketing efforts (depending on candidate fit).

• Build and update presentations in Google Slides and Figma for sales and client delivery.
• Turn meeting notes and inputs into clear, visually strong slides and narratives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and maintain slide templates and libraries.
• Visualize strategic challenges, frameworks, and solution proposals.
• Collect and integrate brief research and data points into presentations.
• Support leadership with materials for major clients and partnerships.
• Assist in creating simple marketing assets (e.g., visuals, one-pagers, LinkedIn content).
• Help repurpose internal or client materials into external-facing marketing content.

• Experience with Google Slides; strong visual sense.
• Ability to translate complex inputs into simple, aesthetic slides.
• Good understanding of B2B communication and professional presentation logic.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable delivering under time pressure.
• Fluent in English and Danish (written and spoken).

They read all applications. Selected candidates will go through a short screening (~15 min), followed by a TT38 assessment, an interview, and a short case exercise (30 minutes preparation + 30 minutes presentation). They prioritize fast, practical evaluation and progression for the strongest candidates.
