We're in search of a passionate and hands-on individual that manages on-site events at our w3.hub Event Space as well as international events for the w3vision brand in cities like London, Zürich or Lisbon. In this role, you'll have direct interactions with the most relevant Web3 ecosystem players and w3.hub members, including employees from Web3 companies like Solana and Celestia. As part of our close-knit team, you'll collaborate directly with the founders.

• Lead the planning, sales, and execution of all events both at the w3.hub and across the w3. group, ensuring seamless operations and excellent participant experiences.
• Manage the full event lifecycle: from initial client engagement, through meticulous planning and execution, to comprehensive post-event analysis and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for event clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
• Coordinate and manage event logistics, including supplier relations, setup, and breakdown, ensuring each event runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Drive the community engagement through creative and impactful events, enhancing the w3.hub's reputation as the heart of the Web3 community in Berlin.

• Regular work week with occasional evening, weekend assignments and business trips.
• Office located in the newly renovated w3.hub in Berlin, Kreuzberg near Gleisdreieck.
• Learn about Web3 and the pioneers building a new internet.
• Direct reporting to the founders.

• At least 2 years of experience in Event management with a track record of successfully managing and growing event operations.
• Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional event experiences.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English & German.
• Ability to stay on top of things, even if you have to “juggle 10 balls at once”. Stress drives you to excellence, not resignation.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, with a commitment to working on-site and the flexibility to work weekends as needed for events.
