About BeInCrypto
BeInCrypto is a part of the media group BeInNews Ltd, a global newsroom and research team covering institutional finance and digital assets as they intersect: regulation, trading infrastructure, and market structure - backed by original data and a team reporting from every major time zone. Our 100+ journalists and analysts operate across 50+ countries, publishing in 26 languages. We are official media partners at Money20/20, Digital Assets Forum London, Korea Blockchain Week, Token2049, Proof of Talk, and other leading industry events.
About The Role
We’re searching for a Head of Multimedia to lead and scale BeInCrypto’s global video presence across YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging media platforms. We’re looking for a credible editorial voice with a strong background in crypto, finance, or business media — someone who understands the industry deeply, has meaningful connections within the ecosystem, and can turn complex market narratives into engaging, high-performing video content.
Success in this role requires both editorial authority and industry credibility — you should already understand the key players, narratives, and dynamics shaping crypto and financial markets.

Tasks

Lead BeInCrypto’s end-to-end multimedia editorial strategy across long-form and short-form content.

Host interviews, analysis videos, and industry conversations with confidence and strong editorial presence.

Own the video editorial calendar and align it with market trends, product priorities, and audience demand.

Develop story angles, scripts, hooks, and video concepts optimized for retention and audience growth.

Work hands-on with editors, designers, and social media teams to deliver high-performing content.

Identify viral moments and shape short-form clips for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and X.

Build relationships with founders, researchers, investors, and key voices across crypto and traditional finance.

Analyze performance metrics including watch time, retention, engagement, and subscriber growth to continuously improve content strategy.

Requirements

Have 4+ years of experience in financial journalism, crypto media, business media, or creator-led finance content.

Have a strong understanding of crypto, blockchain, financial markets, and the broader fintech ecosystem.

Bring an existing network of founders, investors, analysts, researchers, or media contacts within crypto, Web3, or traditional finance.

Have experience hosting, producing, or leading video-first editorial content across YouTube, podcasts, interviews, or social platforms.

Combine editorial thinking with hands-on execution — you are comfortable both shaping strategy and creating content yourself.

Understand what performs across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X, and can adapt content formats accordingly.

Are fluent in English (С2).

Nice to have:

Experience moderating panels, hosting live discussions, or representing brands publicly.

Personal audience presence on YouTube, X, LinkedIn, or newsletters.

Strong understanding of YouTube optimization, thumbnails, hooks, and retention strategy.

Benefits

100% remote work with no location restrictions.

Flexible working hours with no time tracking and no mandatory meetings outside your timezone.

Paid time off to recharge.

Clear goals and freedom to define the ways to achieve them.

Access to major crypto events & conferences.

Internal learning programs & masterclasses.

Support for personal branding and industry visibility.

An inclusive workplace where everyone—regardless of background, nationality, gender, identity, abilities, or beliefs—can thrive.
