We’re searching for a **Product** **Manager** to lead the development and growth of one of our key products— **Subscriptions**. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive innovation in the crypto and blockchain space, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that enhance engagement and retention.

## Tasks

*   **Product Development:** Lead the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
*   **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with the Head of R&D and IT, providing progress updates and aligning strategies.
*   **Team Management:** Manage a cross-functional team, including an architect, a backend developer, DevOps, designer, frontend developer, product marketing, analytics, and SEO specialist.
*   **Agile Practices:** Run product management ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and translate the product vision into actionable deliverables.
*   **User Experience:** Ensure an intuitive user interface and impactful, easy-to-understand data visualizations.
*   **KPIs:** Define and track success metrics such as user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

## Requirements

*   **Experience:** Minimum 3-4 years of product management experience. Prior experience in start-ups or building new products is a plus.
*   **Products:** Subscriptions (mandatory).
*   **Crypto Expertise - a big advantage:** Commercial experience in crypto/web3/blockchain is preferred but not mandatory. Passionate learners are welcome.
*   **Tools:** Proficiency in Jira and product analytics platforms.
*   **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global team.
*   **Mindset:** Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented approach and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
