Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Follow a Proven Outreach Process: Use established systems, scripts, and strategies to support engagement.
• Manage Your Workflow: Organize your schedule independently to align with performance goals and personal productivity.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Team Leadership, Marketing, Business Development or People & Culture : You have a strong track record of driving results and creating value across business functions.
• Ability to Work Independently: You thrive in a flexible work environment and excel at setting and meeting your own goals without supervision.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: You know how to build trust, communicate value, and create long-lasting professional relationships.
