Tasks
The Opportunity
We’re looking for talented and motivated R&D Engineers to join our highly skilled and collaborative team developing next-generation solid-state cooling technologies. You’ll play a key role in taking our innovations from lab to market — designing systems, testing prototypes, and delivering high-impact products that help to enable a global transition towards sustainable heating and cooling.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Design and develop components and systems that improve performance and efficiency.
🔹 Plan and run experiments to validate prototypes under lab and real-world conditions.
🔹 Create detailed CAD models and engineering drawings.
🔹 Enhance manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of our technologies.
🔹 Collaborate with suppliers and customers to ensure technical excellence.
🔹 Manage projects or sub-projects, supporting and potentially leading small technical teams.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
🎓 2.1 or First-Class Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Thermal Engineering (or related). A PhD is a plus.
⚙️ Proven experience in R&D or an industrial engineering environment.
🧠 Strong practical and analytical problem-solving skills, with hands-on lab or equipment experience.
