## Your mission

As a __Product Growth__ __Manager__, you will drive our growth through online marketing and help shape our digital marketing strategies. The role requires a mix of a technical and creative skillset combined with a large portion of drive and entrepreneurial spirit. You will work together with a multidisciplinary team of marketing, product, design, data, and business professionals to contribute to Banxware’s overall growth.   
You will report directly to our CPO, Fabian, and will be part of the Product Team.   

__What will you do:__  

* Be part of a highly motivated, product-focused and customer-obsessed team.
* Drive growth for our embedded lending product by partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and Risk
* Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing user behaviour and measuring the impact of experiments on business outcomes
* Generate ideas for, test and optimize marketing and customer acquisition across digital channels
* Highly involved in conceptualizing the creatives and content for the marketing channels you’re responsible for
* Help drive the SEM, SEO, and content creation efforts
* Optimize the journey through the customer funnel and attribution to boost conversion rates and ROI on marketing spend
* Implement and manage marketing automation, analytics tools or retention tools
* Experimenting with customer segmentation to make sure that the most suitable segment is targeted
* Identifying opportunities to improve the customer acquisition strategies to increase user engagement with the product.
* Making the user onboarding process seamless to help customers engage with the product easily and quickly.
* Optimize the customer retention strategies to obtain more loyal customers

## Your profile

* You have experience on a growth or product development team, shipping innovative features and services with quantifiable impact
* A valid __work permit for Germany__
* Industry experience in banking, financing or online payments is a plus.
* You speak __German and English fluently__
* You are a system driven thinker with a passion for creating compounding, focused, and adaptable growth strategy
* You have experience in running and analyzing AB and multivariate tests

* You enjoy working in a fast-paced, iterative work environment
* Previous experience with one or more of the following channels: Social Media, YouTube, Google App Campaigns, SEO, SEM, Native Advertising, Influencer Marketing
* More important than education is your attitude and willingness to learn new things, and you have a genuine interest in digital marketing
* Proven experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
* Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.) is highly preferred
* Working knowledge of ad serving tools
