Content & Media Intern (Mandatory Internship, Berlin-Based, Unpaid)

baesh is a Gen-Z social platform connecting people in real life through events, communities, and shared interest1s.

As a Content & Media Intern, you'll work in a startup environment, develop valuable skills in content creation, social media strategy, and visual storytelling, and take ownership of projects that drive real engagement and growth.

📌 This is a Pflichtpraktikum (mandatory internship) for students.
📌 The position is unpaid, but offers real startup experience, networking opportunities, and the chance to take ownership of exciting projects.
📌 Location: Berlin-based (mostly remote, some in-person meetings/events).
📌 Start Date: As required by the university

🎥 Create Content That Connects:

• Help create engaging video/photo content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Film cool locations around Berlin and capture the city's vibe.
• Record content about baesh (comfortable being on camera).
• Learn to edit content using mobile apps to match baesh's aesthetic.
• Help document baesh events and user experiences.

🌟 Learn and Grow:

• Pick up copywriting, filming skills, hashtag strategy and social media best practices as you go.
• Try out new content formats and creative ideas.

💡 Minimal experience is totally fine—just bring your creativity and willingness to learn!

• Berlin-based: You know the culture, the vibes, and the events that matter.
• Eye for aesthetics
• Comfortable being on camera (e.g. recording some talking head videos)
• Basic smartphone photography/video skills (iPhone sufficient).
• Strong communication skills in both German and English

This internship is ideal for students studying journalism, marketing, business, communications, or any field related to media, content creation, and digital marketing.
