## Tasks

*   Handled inbound calls from Dutch and English speaking clients.
*   Process and manage orders, invoices, and documentation.
*   Upsell and cross-sell products/services during customer interactions.
*   Maintain accurate data and prepare reports.
*   Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities.

## Requirements

*   Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
*   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
*   Experience in administration, customer support, or a similar role.
*   Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
*   Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
