## Tasks

*   Develop clean, lightweight, self-contained web components using frameworks like LitElement and FastElement
*   Follow established UI patterns, interaction behaviours, and accessibility standards for components
*   Integrate components with reactive frameworks like NextJS, React through wrappers
*   Unit test components thoroughly using modern testing tools and techniques
*   Document components with examples, API references, and dependency diagrams
*   Writing and maintaining reliable code

## Requirements

*   3+ years of experience building and shipping web components at scale
*   Expertise with web component standards like Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, HTML Templates
*   Experience with Stencil, LitElement or similar web component frameworks
*   Working with web standards, Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS skills and component driven design principles
*   Self-directed individual with strong communication, collaboration and technical design skills
