Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage daily operational tasks and provide coordination support across departments. This role is fully remote and based in Tunisia. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations in a fast-paced, international setup.

Tasks

  • Track and manage domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain and organize contracts, administrative files, and essential documentation
  • Coordinate international travel logistics (booking flights, accommodations, travel plans)
  • Monitor operational expenses and assist with updating internal financial dashboards
  • Support daily administrative tasks (data entry, scheduling, document filing, etc.)
  • Act as a point of contact for interdepartmental support and coordination requests

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative, operations, or coordination role
  • Advanced level in French (C1); English at Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level (B1–B2)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and other digital productivity tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
