Allianz Digital Health (ADH) is a Munich, Germany based 100% subsidiary of Allianz SE aiming at the modernization and digitization of global Allianz health entities by providing technical excellence at scale. ADH offers these entities digital and data-based health services on a modern IT architecture to support their core insurance processes and health specific services alike. In this dual role, you keep ADH running. You ensure efficient office processes, support several teams with their day-to-day operations, and create a workplace where people feel comfortable, do their best work, and are proud to be part of the company. You combine operational excellence with a positive employee experience, and you are the reliable, central point of contact everyone turns to.

Tasks

Office & Culture Management

  • Our office is a place where great work happens – organized, efficient, and always running smoothly, thanks to you.
  • Strong relationships with service providers are your priority – making sure we always get the best performance at the best price.
  • Actively shaping our company culture – your events and initiatives leave a lasting impression and strengthen the bond across the team.
  • From a great onboarding experience to a respectful offboarding – you guide the full employee lifecycle.

People & Operations Support

  • Employee requests stay on track and all records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Administrative recruiting processes run smoothly and candidates get the professional experience they deserve.
  • Responsible for the invoice cycle — reviewing, processing, and tracking payments.
  • Cross-departmental workflows stay seamlessly on track — from following up on open items and maintaining trackers to ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Health & Safety

  • Making our office a safe place for everyone is something you take real ownership of – your work has a direct impact on the wellbeing of every single team member.
  • As our internal safety coordinator (Sicherheitsbeauftragter), coordinating with our external occupational-safety specialist and company doctor, and organizing first-aiders, fire-safety helpers, and safety instructions.
  • Spotting where things can be better and taking action – making our office a little safer and more comfortable every day.
  • All relevant certifications stay on your radar, ensuring we’re always compliant and well-prepared.

Requirements

  • Education: A completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field – whether that’s business administration, HR, facility management, or something similar.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management, HR, finance, or operations – you know how to keep things running.
  • Safety Know-how: Any exposure to occupational health & safety is a welcome bonus – and if not, no worries at all. We’ll get you fully certified and set up for success from day one.
  • Mindset: Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset — you spot issues before they become problems
  • Attention to Detail: A careful and reliable working style, especially when it comes to documentation and keeping records up to date.
  • Tech Skills: Good MS Office skills, including Excel — working with data, trackers, and reports comes naturally to you
  • Languages: Strong communication skills in both English and German – German is essential for working with local authorities and safety regulations.
