As an experienced member of the maintenance team, you are responsible for all aspects of maintenance in front-end production in wet chemistry and lithography, including routine scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting.

Tasks

  • Preventive maintenance, repair, and optimization of equipment in semiconductor production, focusing on wet chemistry and lithography equipment
  • Conducting fault analysis, maintenance work, and technical upgrades to ensure smooth operation and maximum uptime of production equipment
  • Implementation and use of MES systems for planning, scheduling, and recording maintenance activities.
  • Implementation of a new chemical delivery system (CDS) into production
  • close collaboration with the Facilities, Process, and Operations departments to support error-free and high-volume production of micro-optics and foundry services
  • Ensuring detailed documentation of machine condition, maintenance activities, and work performed
  • Collaboration with production teams and external contractors in planning, installation, and commissioning of new equipment

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or similar, and several years of experience in maintenance and service of machines/systems
  • solid knowledge in the areas of electrical engineering, electronics, PLC, pneumatics, and robotics
  • Knowledge of computer-aided maintenance management systems, e.g., MES and MS Office, is desirable
  • strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations as well as excellent problem-solving skills in optimizing processes to improve machine uptime
  • good command of English or German, as well as strong communication and cooperation skills
