For our Wafer Production department at Axetris AG we are looking for an independent, motivated person for the DryEth/Litho divison.

• Overall management of the DryEtch/Litho division
• Manage a small team of highly qualified engineers and technicians
• Provide professional and personal leadership to your team for empowerment and skill development
• Install and commission new equipment in our new clean room
• Transfer of new products and processes to production in collaboration with R&D
• Ensuring qualitative and quantitative production targets are met
• Continuous improvement of production processes with a view to enhancing quality, reducing waste and increasing productivity
• Monitoring and improving product yield throughout the entire production process

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in in microtechnology, materials science, automation technology or mechanical engineering at ETH or EPFL level
• several years of professional experience in the semiconductor/electronics industry in a similar position
• some experience in management role or ready to take the next step
• English mandatory, some German required
