## Tasks

1.  Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates to help **hire team members**.
2.  Support initiatives to foster a positive workplace and **engage with employees**, including assisting with internal communications and gathering feedback.
3.  Manage the administrative process for new hires, coordinating successful **employee onboarding**.
4.  Support the necessary paperwork and coordination for **employee offboarding** procedures.
5.  Assist the HR team in researching and ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations, taking care of **compliance, if any**.
6.  Help communicate and document internal policies, working with department heads to **ensure adherence of all policies by the team**.

## Requirements

1.  **Strong problem-solving and analytical skills** with a keen attention to detail.
2.  **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
3.  Currently pursuing or recently completed a **Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.**
4.  High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
5.  Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
