As the __(Senior) Salesforce CRM Manager__, you will define and design our customer and business processes and find the best CRM/Salesforce.com solutions to support our sales and customer care teams, together with a team of motivated and experienced CRM Process Managers, Admins, and Developers.

__What you will do__

* Work together with colleagues from CRM, Sales, and Product to define business processes and specify requirements to support sales and customer care activities
* Discuss and develop Salesforce/CRM solutions within your team of CRM process managers, admins, and developers
* Independently implement (configurative) solutions in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and/or work together with developers to implement more advanced solutions
* Roll out solutions across different teams and countries and train Salesforce users how to best use the processes you developed
* Continuous maintenance and improvement of CRM processes and their representation in Salesforce

__What you should bring__

* University degree (IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics/Business Administration, or comparable)
* 3+ years of professional experience in CRM/sales/service and/or consulting
* Experience in developing and introducing business concepts and processes, managing requirements, or specifying software
* Experience with Salesforce.com Sales/Service Cloud (ideally Salesforce certification, e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant)
* Analytical skills, problem solving skills, and creativity
* Desire to work with a diverse, international team of technical and non-technical colleagues and the change management skills to co-develop and change how we work
* Fluent English and effective verbal and written communication to technical and non-technical audiences; German would be a plus
