* __Source candidates__ to build a great talent pool for different talent segments
* __Drive our student recruiting__ by taking over the process step by step
* __Research__ on what job boards, meet-ups or talent communities are valuable for our talents to start building a long-term __relationship__
* __Review__ and __update__ job advertisements and position descriptions
* __Support__ for establishment of AutoScout24 career paths, talent & leadership development programs and __employee development programs__ (mentoring, coaching, feedback processes, learning platform..)
* __Coordinate__ AutoScout24 health program (mental health, physical health, sleep, nutrition)
* Support for __Change Management initiatives__ + Integration processes
* __Research__ development topics and current trends on the markets

__What you should bring__ 

* Love for __data__, tech companies and digital products
* __Ongoing studies__ of business administration, human resources, psychology or other relevant studies
* High degree of __independence__, __structured__ way of thinking and a bias for action
* High level of __reliability__ and __commitment__
* Business fluent __German__ and __English__ are required
* Tools must-have: __MS Office__, __Office 365__
* Tools nice-to-have: Workday, __Greenhouse__
