Commercial Real Estate Expert

About the role

Authority.inc is building a global network of industry experts who provide current, local market intelligence.

We are looking for an experienced commercial real estate expert who is currently active in the United Kingdom market. You will help us understand what is happening in that market now.

Your expertise may cover office, retail, industrial, logistics and other commercial property, including rents, vacancy, transactions, development, tenant demand, financing and asset values.

Your knowledge will help us build highly accurate forecasting models that predict important events and outcomes within real estate markets globally.

The work may include short interviews, reviewing market information and explaining how conditions are changing in your market.

What we are looking for

• At least 5 years of relevant professional real estate experience.
• You currently work in, advise on or closely monitor the United Kingdom market.
• You have current knowledge of market conditions, transactions, supply, demand and market sentiment.
• You can explain complex market developments clearly and accurately.
• You can complete 2 to 4 hours of paid consulting work per month.

This is an independent contract position. Work is completed remotely within the country.
