The ideal candidate should be located in Germany (preferably in the Düsseldorf area) but we are open to receiving remote (worldwide) applications as well.

## Tasks

*   Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok.
*   Identify and onboard new influencer talent that aligns with our clients' brand objectives and values.
*   Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute creative marketing campaigns that achieve client goals.
*   Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
*   Ensure clear communication and alignment between influencers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate successful project execution.

## Requirements

*   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
*   Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management.
*   Strong understanding of social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and TikTok.
*   Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with influencers.
*   Proven track record of successfully executing influencer marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
