We’re looking for a Commercial Film Producer to join our team at ATTIC Film GmbH in Salzburg. If you have a sharp eye for storytelling, a solid understanding of production workflows, and the ability to keep things running smoothly on set and behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning and executing commercial film productions- from early development through to postproduction - making sure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard.
Aufgaben
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating and managing detailed production schedules, including shoot dates, locations, and timelines
- Keeping track of budgets and spending to ensure productions stay within financial limits
- Coordinating locations, permits, and on-site logistics
- Scheduling and managing crew members to ensure the right people are available at the right time
- Acting as a communication bridge between departments to keep everyone aligned
- Handling contracts, release forms, and necessary documentation for cast and crew
- Supporting casting processes and organizing audition schedules
- Arranging transportation for cast, crew, and equipment
- Overseeing day-to-day operations on set and ensuring everything runs according to plan
- Making sure all permits and legal requirements are in place before production begins
- Coordinating wardrobe fittings and ensuring actors are dressed appropriately for each scene
- Managing unexpected issues or emergencies during filming
- Negotiating agreements with suppliers, location managers, and service providers
- Providing regular progress updates to senior producers
- Prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines under pressure
- Taking care of administrative tasks like meeting planning, email communication, and record keeping
Qualifikation
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail - small mistakes can cause big problems in production
- Confidence in handling time-sensitive tasks and quick problem-solving
- Adaptability - film sets are fast-moving and things change often
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with various departments
- Knowledge of legal requirements and permitting for filming at different locations
- Familiarity with production tools, budgeting software, and Microsoft Office
- Experience across all phases of film production, from pre to post
- Ability to manage contracts and agreements with suppliers and talent
- Driver’s license (Class B or equivalent)
- Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written
