We are building toward a world where leaders make people decisions with the same strategic clarity as market, finance and growth decisions. Atlas People combines psychometrics, business context and AI to give leaders clear insight into organisational fit, execution risk and leadership potential.
We are a Copenhagen team that pairs rigorous psychometric science with fast product execution. We are growing quickly, and you are close to the customer and the work from day one.
We have the building blocks: n8n workflows, the client portal, Atlas chat, the psychometric test. You will help turn these fragmented pieces into AtlasOS, the product behind the vision. You build alongside Gustav, our co-founder and CTO (ex-Palantir): you get an idea, you talk it through, you build it, you ship it. Ideation is flat.
This is an internship for a bachelor or master student who wants to build real production software, not write demos. The role flexes to your study schedule: part-time around 10–20 hours a week during semester, full-time over the summer, or both. Real ownership, sitting beside the team, with a path to a full-time role.
Tasks
- Build new features on AtlasOS end to end. You get the idea, you build it, you ship it.
- Use the newest and best AI coding tools to build fast and reliably.
- Sit beside Gustav and the team. Learn the production stack by working on it, not by reading about it.
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's. Tasks are scoped to your level, so we encourage anyone who fits the rest to apply.
- A background in engineering or a related technical, quantitative field (computer science, software engineering, software development, software technology, AI and data, etc.).
- You understand the code. Anyone can vibe code today. We are looking for someone who understands, or wants to understand, how to build reliable production software: you direct AI tools to write it, read it critically, and know when it is wrong. This is non-negotiable.
- You build with AI. You work fluently with modern AI coding tools like Claude and Cursor.
- You build and finish things. You can take an idea from nothing to shipped without being handed a ticket.
- You learn fast. Drop you into an unfamiliar stack or problem and you close the gap quickly.
- You fit a flat, fast team. You come up with ideas and act on them without waiting to be told.
Benefits
We care about the quality of the work and the people doing it. Here is what you can expect:
- Lunch, snacks, coffee, whatever you need to do your best work
- The AI tools you need to build: Claude, Cursor, and whatever ships next
- A central Copenhagen office worth showing up to, right by the lakes
- Part of an ecosystem of top Danish entrepreneurs, VC, and PE
- Hours that flex to your study schedule: part-time during semester, full-time over the summer, or both
- A front-row seat to applied AI: frontier tools in production, not demos. Adopt first, adopt fast.
- A real path to a full-time role afterwards
Whether you want to build alongside us during your semester or spend a full summer shipping real systems, this role bends to fit. Send your CV and a few lines on something you have built. Start as soon as you can.
