Every day, owners, waitresses and chefs pour their hearts into crafting dining experiences. Yet, they are expected to keep up in an always-on world with relentless technological change.
We build solutions for them to keep up – and yes, with AI. But not for the sake of it.
What you sell
AssistentAI is the AI Suite for Guest Communication, purpose-built for hospitality teams. It answers and converts calls to reservations, orders or tasks – on live data, connected knowledge, and on brand.
We are looking for a Sales & Partner Manager for France.

Location: Remote, Germany

Start: As soon as possible

Employment: Full-time, or part-time from 50% with a path to full-time

How we sell
We actively listen, understand and infer solutions. We do not push where there is no problem to solve. We build long term, trustworthy relationships. We value lifetime value over shortsighted gains.
Hit apply, if you're humble to learn, ambitious to win, and have a weakness for French cuisine.

Tasks

Open France. Win restaurants. Build partners.
You're our first person for France. No team to hide, no playbook to follow. You write it.
You win restaurants: on the phone, on video calls and in person.
You win partners: reservation systems to enable real-time automation, and distributors to reach the market where it resides.
You are our clients' representative within our organization.
You convince restaurant operators, you get them onboard and active and help them grow with AssistentAI.
It's that simple / it's that hard.

Requirements

You bring in agency [capacity to act].

You see what's missing and get things done.

You win trust before you win deals.

Clear communication is your leverage.

You have 'skin in the game' – from a background in Hospitality Tech Sales or your own Front of House experience in a Food Service Business.

We value hands-on work over diplomas. Yet, you are confident with numbers and understand how local businesses work.

You speak French at native level.

Your English is fluent, German would be a big plus.

We build technology and work with it daily, so we need you to pick up new tools fast.

Benefits

Your own market to grow – both personally and professionally.

A bootstrapped, founder-led atmosphere.

You earn a competitive fixed salary plus uncapped commission.

Remote and flexible schedule: You work wherever you want, as long as it's in line with our prospects, customers and partners.

Latest Macbook + the right software stack to do your best work.

We decide fast – apply with your CV and we get in touch with you immediately.
