Are you looking for more than just another internship? We’re launching a game-changing AI mobility product in Germany—and we’re looking for a Venture Development Associate to help build our go-to-market engine from the ground up.
This is your chance to join a mobility B2B startup at a pivotal market entry moment, working directly with the founders on high-impact outreach, positioning, and real-world conversations with customers. It’s a hands-on role in the truest sense.
What you’ll do:
Own and drive outbound outreach to German-speaking leads
Help qualify and convert leads in B2B sectors like insurance, fleets, and mobility services
Co-develop our Germany-specific messaging, campaign hooks, and feedback loops
Represent the product in early conversations and build strong market understanding
Work closely with our sales lead (that’s our co-founder in Düsseldorf) to test and iterate what works
Translate and localize key marketing/sales materials for the German market
You’re a great fit if you:
Speak German natively
Are enrolled in university
Are confident on the phone and enjoy talking to people
Are curious, structured, and naturally entrepreneurial
Are excited about mobility, insurance, AI, or B2B SaaS. And want to get hands-on fast
Thrive in an independent, non-corporate environment
