Ext. Resident Event Producers (m/w/x)

Build your own event series with ARTCLUB in Berlin.

We’re looking for people who want to create more than a single event. As a Resident Event Producer, you’ll develop a recurring format with ARTCLUB, build a community around it and shape where it goes over time.

ARTCLUB brings people together through art, culture and shared experiences. Alongside our own exhibitions and events, we want to work with independent producers who have a distinct point of view and the energy to turn an idea into a series people look forward to.

You’ll develop your event concept, plan each edition and take an active role in bringing the right people into the room. You’ll work closely with the ARTCLUB team on the format, venue, artists, partners and promotion. After each event, we’ll look at what worked and build the next one together.

Your idea could be an exhibition series, a creative workshop, a community gathering, a live music format or something we haven’t thought of yet.

You have a strong idea, know the audience you want to reach and enjoy making things happen. You’re organised, reliable and excited to build a format over several editions. Previous event experience is welcome, but a clear vision and the commitment to follow through matter more.

This is an ongoing, independent partnership. We’ll agree on responsibilities, ARTCLUB’s support and the financial terms together before launching the format.
