_As the Office Manager of our German Branch, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, and providing essential support to staff across various departments. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking.

Aufgaben

  • Office Operations: Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, including managing office supplies, facilities, and equipment. Handling incoming mail, as well as mail distribution and dispatch.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Accounting & General Service: Oversee basic accounting functions such as checking invoices from the different providers and monitoring rents and car leasing.
  • Event and Meeting Preparation: In this role, you will assist in the planning, organization, and follow-up of internal and external events that take place in the office.
  • HR Support: Assist HR coordinator on the safe and safety training and related procedures and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
  • General Office Maintenance: Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure a safe, productive, and well-maintained office environment.

Qualifikation

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and experience managing office budgets is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent in German and English both written and verbal.
