Business Analyst

• Drive analysis and documentation of business requirements across various projects and industries
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state solutions
• Create clear and structured documentation including process flows, use cases, and business cases
• Support project managers and development teams in translating business needs into functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with client teams to gather insights and foster alignment
• Continuously optimize internal methodologies and best practices for business analysis
• Act as a bridge between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and expectations

• Completed university degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field (or close to graduation)
• 1–2 years of practical experience in similar positions, internships, working student roles, or academic projects is a plus
• Strong interest in business processes, digital transformation, and consulting
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; German or Greek is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take responsibility in a dynamic environment
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude
