About the Role -
We are looking for an Onsite Drupal Support Engineer for deployment at a Government client location in Mumbai. The role focuses on onsite application and CMS support, day-to-day operations, and coordination with client stakeholders, while working closely with a remote development team. This is a long-term, onsite role supporting a mission-critical government website and its associated digital platforms.

• Provide onsite application and CMS support for a government website and associated microsites
• Perform daily content updates using Drupal CMS, including news, notices, and galleries
• Coordinate with client administrators for approvals, corrections, and urgent updates
• Work closely with the remote backend/Drupal development team for content-related changes
• Validate content, links, and layouts before publishing to production
• Maintain daily activity logs and content update records (Excel / tracker)
• Ensure English–Hindi content synchronization as per approved content
• Support basic application operations, including rollback of content in case of errors
• Follow defined publishing workflows, security guidelines, and SOPs
• Assist during audits, reviews, or inspections related to website operations
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the website with minimum downtime
• Escalate technical or operational issues through the defined escalation matrix

• Education: BTech/ BE (Computer Science / IT or related)
• Experience: 1–2 years in website support, CMS, or backend support roles
• Basic hands-on experience with CMS (Drupal / WordPress or similar)
• Basic understanding of websites and content updates
• Comfortable working onsite at client location (Mumbai)
• Ability to coordinate with team members and follow instructions
• Willing to work in a structured government project environment
• Ready for long-term onsite deployment
