We’re looking for a mid-to-senior conversion-focused UX/UI Designer who can turn research and briefs from the CRO team into high-converting designs.
Tasks
- Design conversion-focused landing pages and key eCommerce pages (home, collection, PDP, cart, checkout)
- Translate CRO briefs, research, and hypotheses into stunning designs
- Wireframes → high-fidelity UI → clickable prototypes
- Multiple design variants when needed (for testing or different angles)
- Build dev-ready Figma files for handoff (responsive, spacing, components, annotations)
- Create and maintain Figma components + libraries to speed up design and ensure consistency
- Collaborate with developers for handoff
- Client communication for updates and revisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Advanced Figma skills (Auto Layout, components, variants, libraries, prototyping)
- Strong visual hierarchy and layout skills
- Conversion-focused design principles (hierarchy, clarity, persuasion, trust, friction reduction, mobile-first UX)
- Experience with eCommerce design
- Bonus: branding, visual identity, illustrations
