## Tasks

*   Provide consultation to customers on AM PM products. Be available on the corporate phone number daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and answer incoming calls
*   Respond to customer inquiries on marketplaces and the online store
*   Handle complaints regarding orders on marketplaces and the online store
*   Process shipments on the transportation company website
*   Perform administrative tasks for the online store

## Requirements

*   Fluent German and English languages
*   Availability to be always reachable on the corporate phone number
*   High learning ability - ability to understand the details of a technically complex product such as plumbing and be ready to answer any questions
