## Tasks

*   Consult customers on AM PM products.
*   Answer incoming calls on the corporate phone line (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
*   Respond to customer inquiries via marketplaces and the online store.
*   Handle order-related complaints on marketplaces and the online store.
*   Process shipments through the transportation company’s website.
*   Perform administrative tasks for the online store.

## Requirements

*   Fluent German and English languages
*   Availability to be reachable on the corporate phone number (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). 
*   High learning ability - ability to understand the details of a technically complex product such as plumbing and be ready to answer any questions
