Business Development Internship (EMEA Market)

IMPORTANT NOTE: this position is based in Chiasso, Switzerland. About 50 min by train or car from Milan.

Anthropos is looking for an Business Development Representative for the EMEA Market to accelerate our growth with Anthropos Workforce, the Enterprise AI transformation platform that helps large companies map, verify, and upskill their teams at scale.

Anthropos is building the Enterprise AI transformation platform for enterprise customers in the US and Europe.

AI is changing the skills required in every role, and large enterprises have a problem they can no longer ignore: they don't actually know what their people can do.

Resumes and self-assessments don't answer that question. Anthropos does, with a skills taxonomy of 60,000 skills and AI Simulations that verify skills by putting people inside realistic work scenarios instead of quizzes. Enterprise customers in the US and Europe, including Together AI, Italgas, and FS Group (the Italian national railway, an 80,000-person organization), already run on Anthropos and we are now expanding our efforts in Europe and the US.

That's where you come in.

You will join an existing team of BDRs in our Swiss office in Chiasso and you will work on targeting companies in Europe, with specific countries initially selected by us.

This internship has a 6-month duration and can lead to a full-time position for the role.

• Reach out to potential prospects via cold calling, email and personalized messages. You will spend most of your time doing this together with our team and doing it on your own as well.
• Shadow our sales team in cold calls, email reach out and outbound activities to learn how to present our solution and target the right organizations
• Learn to demo our product, explain ROI and value to our prospects
• Collaborate with the rest of the team across a variety of activities primarily in sales, marketing and operations.

In this job your soft skills matter a lot more thant your hard skills and will be 90% of your success.

This internship is on-site in our office in Chiasso (Ticino) and we will not accept hybrid or full-remote candidates. In case you need to relocate we will support you with a relocation budget.

This position requires candidates with advanced written/spoken English - native speakers are a strong bonus.

Our ultimate goal is to hire you fill time after the internship period.

We are a small and very experienced team of operators that has been building together for multiple years in the software enterprise space. You will also join 2 existing BDRs that have been in the role for almost a year and have been very successful.

This position has a base salary of 1000 CHF/month with commissions for meetings booked and a small relocation package we will offer if you need to move to Switzerland or Italy for the position.

The first step in your application will be completing an AI Simulatons powered by the Anthropos platform where you will need to complete a set of tasks and show your ability to use soft and hard skills.
