Work closely with the Talent Lead to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, communities, Web3 groups, and professional networks.
Coordinate interview schedules and keep track of candidate progress.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
