Global Sales Manager( Precision Industrial Equipment)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Sales Manager to lead international sales strategy and manage a global sales team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in precision tooling, a proven record in business development, and the ability to expand into new markets while building long-term customer relationships.

Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement global sales strategies
  • Lead, coach, and support an international sales team
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with strategic clients and distributors
  • Monitor sales KPIs and report to top management
  • Collaborate with marketing and R&D for go-to-market alignment
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and conferences
  • Manage budgets and negotiate partner contracts

Qualifikation

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, ideally in a global context
  • Proven leadership and target achievement skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent in German and English (French is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking
