• Erfassen & Auswerten von Kundenforecasts inkl. Pflege von Stammdaten in Masterfile
• Bereitstellung von Absatz-/Umsatzplanungsforecasts auf monatlicher Basis Manager inkl. Handlungsempfehlungen
• Erstellung, Kontrolle und Auswertung von Supply Chain KPI’s
• Erstellung von Fertigungsaufträgen und Verkaufsaufträgen in NAV
• Steuerung, Überwachung und Priorisierung laufender Produktionsaufträge

We would like to see you becoming our new Demand and Forecasting Specialist

The following tasks are waiting for you:

• Recording and analyzing customer forecasts, including maintenance of master data in the master file
• Provision of sales/revenue planning forecasts on a monthly basis for management, including recommendations for action
• Preparation, monitoring, and analysis of supply chain KPIs
• Creation of production orders and sales orders in NAV
• Control, monitoring, and prioritization of ongoing production orders

• Erfahrungen in Bedarfsplanung und Forecasting sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Analytische Herangehensweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gewissenhafte Arbeitsschritte
• Umgang mit Formblättern im GMP Umfeld

• Experience in production demand planning and forecasting is an advantage, but not required
• Structured, organized, and detail‑oriented working style
• Analytical working style
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken
• High level of accuracy and reliability in daily tasks
• Confidence in working with GMP‑related forms and documentation
