We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with basic coding knowledge, and be well-versed in Agile and Kanban methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills, especially in a customer-oriented context, and fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German will be considered a significant advantage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Project Planning and Management:**

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects.

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• **Team Coordination:**

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• **Agile Methodology Implementation:**

  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

  • Utilize Agile and Kanban methodologies to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.

• **Technical Oversight:**

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

  • Understand and communicate complex technical requirements and solutions.

  • Ensure that the team’s technical output meets high standards of quality and aligns with client expectations.

• **Customer Communication:**

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector.
• Basic coding knowledge (understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar).
• Solid understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German is highly desirable.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
